Our comprehensive cancellation policies, including any applicable fees and retainer forfeitures, are clearly outlined in the service contract provided to you at the time of booking.

9. Indemnification:Clients agree to indemnify Everlasting Entertainment against any claims or liabilities arising from their event, including but not limited to damages, losses, or injuries incurred by guests or third parties.

10. Amendments and Dispute Resolution:Any amendments or modifications to service agreements must be made in writing and mutually agreed upon by both parties. In the event of a dispute, we will first attempt to resolve the matter through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration under the laws of British Columbia.

11. Client Responsibilities:Clients are responsible for ensuring venue cooperation and compliance with all contractual obligations. Additionally, clients must understand the implications of any damage to Everlasting Entertainment’s equipment and agree to cover repair or replacement costs as necessary.

12. Additional Services and Fees:Details regarding fees for additional services, such as early setup or late takedown, are provided on our website. Clients are encouraged to review these options and discuss any desired enhancements to their event experience.

13. Gratuity Policy:While gratuity is not mandatory, it is customary for exceptional service. The decision to provide gratuity is entirely at the client's discretion.
